Disabling Barrier’s mission is to actively work with the disabled persons community to tackle the barriers we face in the workplace, whether thats finding work, maintaining a job, or being able to advocate for your needs.

We are also aimed at showing others that those with disabilities are valuable employees and a significant market that should be catered for.

Our team consists of our founder who has lived experience as a disabled person trying to navigate the world, and a few friends and volunteers chipping in to help get this idea off the ground!

Disabled people are taken seriously as consumers, and workplaces are accessible to those with disabilities. Less barriers to seeking and keeping gainful and skilled employment.
